WEBSITE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Express Carpet Co., Ltd. (Head Office) is located on 2982-2988 Soi Ladprao130, Drive-in square, Klongchan, Bangkapi, Bangkok, 10240 (From now on, we would refer to as “Express Carpet”.) The company has created https://www.expresscarpet.co.th (From now on, we would refer to as "website".) for the purpose of advertising and selling products and/or services to buyers and/or members of the website (From now on, we would refer to as "customer".) When a customer is placing orders on products and/or services from the website, the customer is following the website conditions. Thus, the customer should read thoroughly and should agree upon these conditions before using the website services because once the customer uses the website services to buy products and/or services, it is automatically considered that the customer is willingly accepted and agreed to follow all the website rules and conditions.
Membership conditions
1. Customer must provide the correct, complete, and up-to-date information to register as a member of the website and customer will update the information when there are any changes occur.
2. Customer should keep login name and password as a secret. If the customer reveals and/or allows another person to use the login name and/or password of the customer on the website, it is considered as the customer's own actions and it is also legally bound by laws.
3. In the case that the customer or the person mentioned in the previous condition make any damages or losses to other customer or to Express Carpet, the customer is willingly responsible for all damages and losses that may occur.
4. If the customer is under 18 years old, the customer must get prior approval from his/her parent or guardians before using the website service every time.
5. The website has the right to reject/withdraw customer membership without prior notice if Express Carpet finds out that the customer performs any of these actions:
(a) Customer gives false/incorrect data in the registration and/or does not correct or update the correct information on the website.
(b) Customers reveal his/her login name and password to another person.
(c) Customers perform any actions that are illegal, immoral, and/or have enough probable cause to believe that the customer has the intention to commit fraud on the website.
6. The website does not guarantee the correctness, completion, and sufficiency of information present on the website and does not responsible for the slowness, discontinuation of the service on the website, or any mistakes that might occur during usage on the website. However, the website does provide refunds to customers for products that fall under exchange and refund policies.
7. The website reserve all rights to edit, change, or cancel partially and/or all conditions without prior notice to the customers.
8. In the case that the customer paid for products and/or services on the website by credit card but the bank does not receive the payment from the customer by any causes, the customer must return the product to Express Carpet immediately and must pay the usage fee as the website evaluate and notify the customer.
9. Any messages, letters, and documents, which include emails and digital messages, are considered correct and complete when they were sent to the website's specified contact address referenced above and using the return address of the customer from the registration or the email addresses that agreed upon from both parties. Both parties also agreed that all messages, letters, emails, and documents can be used as legal evidence in court.
10. If the website does not exercise the rights as specified on the website service terms and conditions in one case, it does not mean that the website can not exercise the rights in other cases.
11. The website terms and conditions are under Thai laws.
